Our Quality Manual is a key component of our ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality System. The Quality Policy for Store-All Logistics is based on ISO 9001:2015 Guidelines, Good Distribution Practice (Wholesale Units) and Company Policy and shall be put into effect through the use of the Quality Manual. This contains an overview of the Quality Management System, it’s operation and control and refers to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which instruct in its implementation.

The assurance of quality, consistency and safety is fundamental to all work undertaken by Store-All Logistics and is practiced by all personnel in their day to day activities through the implementation of current Good Practices.

Quality is enhanced by working in a systematic manner to formalised procedures designed to avoid the occurrence of defectives. To promote uniformity of working, certain procedures, fundamental to Store-All Logistics shall be implemented at all times without unauthorised deviation.

It shall be the responsibility of the Quality Manager and Operations Manager to compile and implement these procedures, integrate their requirements into working practices and to ensure that all such methods are clearly defined and documented.

The Quality Team shall regularly review the Quality Management System to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness. The findings, conclusions and recommendations of such reviews shall be submitted to management who shall be responsible for any final decisions relating to implementation of system change. System change is then implemented by Change control Procedures.

It shall be the responsibility of the Quality Team to monitor the Quality System through regular audit in order to verify the ongoing application of the system and the relevant procedures.

The Quality Team shall represent Store-All Logistics on all matters relating to Quality.
